Tech minister Baroness Lloyd of Effra told the House of Lords that four more services are partially down. She said the National Cyber Security Centre was briefed by OpenAI about the flaw 'last week'. PHP runs almost 70 per cent of websites, including tax returns and benefits claims.
Banking, airline, rail and tax services went dark from Tokyo to Helsinki.
