Thomas Markle's granddaughter says child sex image claims he denies are 'not a surprise' and backs Meghan keeping her children away

Noelle Rasmussen, the granddaughter of Thomas Markle Sr and niece of Meghan Markle, says she always sensed "something off" about her 82-year-old grandfather, and is not surprised by the child sexual abuse image allegations he now faces and strenuously denies. Rasmussen, whose mother is Meghan's half-sister Samantha Markle, spoke from her home in New Mexico, saying she had never been victimised but feared others may have been. She "100% backs" Meghan's long-standing decision to keep children Archie and Lilibet away from their grandfather.
Rasmussen also revealed she was disturbed by claims that a 2019 warning letter from Thomas Markle's ex-wife Roslyn Loveless was lost by UK police and never forwarded to the FBI.
'That is a failure on the police's part — it's embarrassing,' Rasmussen said of the apparent policing failure.
Guy Adams, a reporter who praised Meghan's handling of the scandal, called her estranged family 'ghastly' and 'trailer trashy'.
