DUP MP Carla Lockhart told the crowd 'Michelle O'Neill must go' and vowed 'this lady is not for turning'. She led the parade with loyalist activist Jamie Bryson as Storm Boelo lashed the town. Northern Ireland Secretary Sir Chris Bryant banned the march on 9 October on police advice. The Orange Order is challenging both his ban and PSNI chief Jon Boutcher's role in it.

Only 35 Orangemen were cleared to walk the route, the first approval in 28 years.

Lockhart quit as a DUP party officer after clashing with leader Gavin Robinson over Stormont.

O'Neill and Mary Lou McDonald were interviewed by police over the blockade.
