Scott Dragsness, 55, Ben Stanex, 24, and Andrew Graham, 21, all from Northern Ireland, were sentenced at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday after entering guilty pleas to charges of assault to severe injury and danger of life. The three men set upon a 48-year-old Celtic supporter outside Ibrox as he tried to board a supporters' bus, kicking and stamping on him until he was rendered unconscious.

Throughout the attack the victim was subjected to religiously motivated verbal abuse, and prosecutors determined that religious prejudice was the driving factor behind the assault.
