Three people charged with murder after a 17-year-old was stabbed to death at Brent council HQ

A fourth person has now been charged in connection with David Wynter's murder, bringing the total facing trial to three charged with murder. Wynter, 17, was stabbed outside Brent Civic Centre on Engineers Way, Wembley, at around 2.30pm on 25 August and died at the scene. Jahquarn St Hillaire, 18, and a 17-year-old boy were charged on Saturday with murder and possession of an offensive weapon. Diego Farquharson, 20, was separately charged with assisting an offender.
A 15-year-old boy had already been charged with murder on 27 August and is due at the Old Bailey on 24 September.
St Hillaire and the 17-year-old are due at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Monday, with Farquharson appearing alongside them.
Extra police patrols have been deployed around Wembley as detectives urge anyone with footage to come forward.
