'Total disgrace': Trump demands LeBron James apologise after the NBA star practised his GOLF SWING during the national anthem

Donald Trump shared the video on Truth Social, which shows James's Philadelphia teammates mostly standing still at Madison Square Garden while he went through his routine. The President said James should apologise to the 'Great American Warriors and Heroes who died for the American Flag'. James, 41, has not responded. He is due to make his home debut against Cleveland on Thursday night.

James scored 14 points as the 76ers beat champions the New York Knicks 106-100.

He went through the same golf-swing routine on Christmas Day while playing for the Lakers.

In July Trump said James is 'maybe a racist' and backed Michael Jordan as the greatest.
