Trump 'blew up' after aide printed Wiles ouster reports, sending West Wing into a 'state of panic'

President Donald Trump erupted at the White House on Thursday after aide Natalie Harp printed him a newsletter reporting he had been polling allies about sacking chief of staff Susie Wiles. Trump then made even more calls to allies about potential replacements, as Wiles and her supporters frantically rang around town to shore up her position. Biographer Michael Wolff said Trump's habit of 'asking around' about an aide is 'the kiss of death' and predicted Wiles will be 'toast' after the November midterms.
Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller, Bill Pulte, Lee Zeldin and Jay Clayton are among those reportedly being considered to replace Wiles.
Trump publicly called the report 'TOTAL FAKE NEWS' and said Wiles has his 'COMPLETE confidence' — while Wiles herself insists 'I am not going anywhere.'
A major Trump donor, Eric Deters, meanwhile claims to hold a 16-minute recording he says could 'bring down the entire Trump administration' and has threatened to release it.
