Trump posts 'Trash Island' photos for the 'lunatic' judge to study in his battle to rebuild a Washington golf course

President Donald Trump's late-night Truth Social posts showed broken fences, flooded walkways and dumpsters full of debris at East Potomac Golf Links, a public course near the White House. He called the lawsuit against his plan 'frivolous' and promised an 'Island of Beauty and Success'. US District Judge Ana Reyes has barred further tree felling after more than 400 trees were cut. Trump says work will begin on November 15.

Judge Reyes asked government lawyers: 'Do I believe the president of the United States or do I believe you?'

Reyes said she faces possible death threats 'over a golf course'.

White House aide Stephen Miller said a federal judge has 'no jurisdiction whatsoever' over the course.
