Burnham tells Trump that Ukraine must have full Starlink access amid claims Elon Musk ordered a slowdown
Kyiv says last week's speed caps gave it little or no advance notice of incoming Russian missiles and drones. Volodymyr Zelensky said he had been 'betrayed' by Donald Trump and Musk, and that access has still not been fully restored. Musk argues that any limits are the US military's call and ultimately Trump's decision. The President denies ordering them and says he would 'like to find out' who did.
Furious Ukrainians accused either Trump or Musk of having 'blood on their hands'.
Musk himself was reportedly behind the slowdown, despite pointing the finger at the White House.
Trump has eased sanctions on Russian diesel and suggested Zelensky should be replaced.
