Trump's MAGA allies urge him to impose 'martial law' and seize ballots if the US midterms are 'rigged'

Peter Ticktin, a lawyer and Trump's childhood friend, told a Rumble call on 30 September that 'there would have to be martial law' if Democrats win through another 'rigged election'. He later said officials would 'probably need to be commandeering' ballots and voting machines. Ticktin insists Trump 'is not going to relinquish control again'. The midterms are less than three weeks away.
Activist Tina Peters, Ticktin's client, was on the call and has met Trump at least twice since June.
Gregory Stenstrom wants the election paused, or the National Emergencies Act used to force state changes.
The Brennan Center's Derek Tisler: 'Emergency powers are not just a blank check for the president.'
