Trump says the NFL 'could have probably postponed' its Paris game as he warns France is 'really in trouble'
President Donald Trump blamed the unrest on migration: 'That's what happens when you allow unlimited numbers of people into your country.' The Pittsburgh Steelers and New Orleans Saints are still due to play at the Stade de France on Sunday. Paris police have pushed the Paris Saint-Germain match against Lyon to Monday because resources are stretched. The State Department has told Americans attending the game to avoid protests.
Pete Hegseth's office tried to pull dozens of troops from the game, then backed down.
Emmanuel Macron condemned 'stupid' comments, and the State Department called Trump 'spot on'.
Aaron Rodgers said: 'If it was unsafe, then I'm sure we wouldn't be here.'
