Two ambulance workers are investigated for viewing the medical records of an ex-child actor mauled to death by a tiger

Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust has reported the breach to the Information Commissioner's Office. Its own audits flagged two staff accessing, or trying to access, William Chapman's records 'without a legitimate reason'. Chapman, 24, died at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster after entering Amur tiger Altai's enclosure. His family has been told of the probe, and the park has now reopened.

Chapman's inquest heard he had schizophrenia and was under Doncaster's adult mental health services.

His family condemned the spread of a video of his death, which President Donald Trump shared.

His former teacher Marylyn Phillips, 76, said he had 'everything going for him'.
