Two NHS ambulance workers face investigation after a tiger victim's medical records were viewed without a 'legitimate reason'

The records belonged to William Chapman, 24, a former child actor killed by Amur tiger Altai at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster on 10 October. The Yorkshire Ambulance Trust says the two staff had responded to the emergency calls from the park. The breach reportedly came shortly after news of the attack broke. The Information Commissioner's Office has been notified, and a full investigation is expected in March.

His family say he had schizophrenia and had raised concerns with Doncaster mental health services before he died.

The family condemned the circulation of a video of his death, which was shared by President Donald Trump.

His former teacher, Marylyn Phillips, 76, said he had 'everything going for him'.
