UK extradition filing alleges Andrew Tate possessed indecent images of a minor and extreme animal abuse material

UK prosecutors allege Andrew Tate had 168 indecent images and videos of a minor on his devices — material retrieved both from a phone confiscated during his detention and from equipment seized at his Hitchin home. The filing also alleges he held images of people engaging in sexual acts with a horse and an eel, along with extreme pornographic material showing acts likely to cause serious injury to genitals. Tate and his brother Tristan are currently held at a Miami detention centre while contesting the UK's extradition request.
UK police allege the Tate brothers exploited women using a 'lover boy' model, with one accuser making disturbing claims about his webcam operation.
Prosecutors allege messages show Tate was aware a girl in one video was underage, with the filing citing what it describes as a warning from him that her age could create legal problems.
Tate's attorney Joseph McBride called the allegations 'prosecution slop', arguing the key device 'no longer exists' and the extreme-pornography case is 'as weak as it gets'.
