Ukraine's Starlink and Starshield restored to full speed after more than a week of throttling that hobbled its drones
Ukraine's military says Starlink connections are now stable and operating above 400km/h, following restoration of service after more than a week of disruption that had grounded drone operations. For more than a week, drones lost signal above 161km/h. The cap wrecked combat missions and hampered interception of Russian attack drones. Volodymyr Zelensky said restoration began overnight: 'Now the speed is what we need.'
Elon Musk and the White House have both denied imposing the restrictions.
Trump said it 'doesn't make any difference' who called Musk: 'He put it back.'
The throttling coincided with Trump's deal to import Russian diesel.
