Ukraine uses British-made Storm Shadow missiles to hit a Russian factory making parts for Putin's ballistic warheads

The Oryol plant, Proton-Electrotex, made parts for the ballistic warheads launched at Kyiv this week. Battlefield footage appears to show a vast fireball erupting over the site. The strike comes after Britain agreed to send Ukraine more bunker-busters. President Volodymyr Zelensky is hailing it as his second major win in days, alongside restored Starlink speeds at the front.

Starlink and Starshield speeds, slashed earlier this month, are back to pre-restriction levels.

Zelensky thanked President Donald Trump, Congress and the State Department for helping restore them.

He said full speeds are vital for defending Ukraine against jet-powered Shahed drones.
