Ukraine uses British Storm Shadow missiles to hit Putin's factory in Oryol, Russia, making parts for warheads fired at Kyiv

The target was the Proton-Electrotex complex, which made components for the ballistic warheads launched at Kyiv this week. Battlefield video appears to show a huge fireball engulfing the site. The strike came after Britain agreed to send Ukraine more bunker-busters. It is President Volodymyr Zelensky's second major victory against Russia in a matter of days.

Elon Musk's Starlink and Starshield networks have been fully restored to Ukraine's forces.

Speeds were cut earlier this month, prompting talks between Zelensky, Musk and President Trump.

Zelensky said the restored speeds matter for 'defending Ukraine against jet-powered shaheds'.
