Ukrainian cruise missiles blow up a Russian plant making missile components in Oryol, and three people are killed

The target was Proton-Electrotex, which makes semiconductors, LEDs and electronic parts used to build Russian weapons. Ukraine's general staff said the hit 'complicates' production of the cruise and ballistic missiles fired at Ukrainian cities. Oryol governor Andrei Klychkov called the plant a civilian target struck at rush hour. The three dead reportedly died in a fire the strike started, not inside the plant.

Drone incursions forced 85 cancellations and 229 delays at Moscow's Sheremetyevo airport.

Russian ministries in Moscow's IQ-quarter skyscraper had to evacuate during the drone raid.
