Ukrainian cruise missiles destroy a Russian plant making missile parts in Oryol, and three people die in the resulting fire

The target was Proton-Electrotex, which makes semiconductors and electronic components used to build Russian weapons. Ukraine's general staff said the strike 'complicates the production of components for cruise and ballistic missiles' fired at its cities. Governor Andrei Klychkov said the three victims died away from the plant itself. He called the rush-hour strike 'particularly cynical'.

Drone incursions forced Sheremetyevo to cancel 85 flights and delay 229 more on Saturday.

A skyscraper housing three Russian government ministries was evacuated in Moscow's business district.
