US ambassador Mike Huckabee calls Israeli settler beating of American photojournalist in the West Bank a 'despicable act of terror'
Washington Post photographer Heidi Levine, 63, says masked settlers kicked her for more than 10 minutes and stole her camera, passport and phone. She is recovering from hand surgery and broken ribs at a hospital in Petah Tikva. Mike Huckabee is demanding arrests and prosecutions. Levine says she is insulted by Benjamin Netanyahu's reaction to the attack.
'They just kept kicking and kicking me,' Levine said, crediting her flak jacket and helmet.
Marco Rubio has told Israel to 'crack down' after settlers also attacked European diplomats.
