US federal judge who told Latino lawyer he was intimidated by 'Black excellence' is ordered to undergo psychiatric exam
US District Judge Ada Brown, a Black and Native American judge in Dallas, Texas, was removed from her docket by the Fifth Circuit Judicial Council earlier this month after attorney Ezra Young filed a misconduct complaint. During an April hearing, Brown called Young a 'White savior' and a 'Chad', and questioned his Latino identity, calling him 'White presenting'. Brown has now been ordered to undergo a psychiatric examination as part of the misconduct probe.
