Utah teenager is found in Oregon 500 days after vanishing, with a 39-year-old man she allegedly met on Snapchat

Kylie Arellano, now 17, was recovered by Oregon police on Sunday acting on intelligence from the FBI's Salt Lake City field office, ending a search that had spanned dozens of unconfirmed sightings across multiple US states and other countries. The man found with her has been identified as Adam Harmel, 39. Her mother Stephanie Coleman celebrated on Instagram: 'I brought you home baby girl!'

FBI Director Kash Patel warned: 'To anyone using gore groups to target and exploit children — the FBI is coming for you.'

Harmel reportedly met Kylie on Snapchat before her disappearance in May 2025.
