US judge rejects Lindsay Clancy's bid to question the lone juror who would not acquit her over her children's deaths

Defence lawyer Kevin Reddington claims Desronvil lied during jury selection about a past domestic violence arrest. Judge William Sullivan ruled that facts emerging after a mistrial cannot challenge it. Clancy's double jeopardy bid to dismiss all three murder charges will be argued on November 2.

The three children — Cora, five, Dawson, three, and Callan, eight months — were strangled in Duxbury in January 2023.

Desronvil will not have to hand over his phone or face any inquiry.

Prosecutors say Clancy committed the murders during her husband's absence to collect a takeaway order.
