Reporter Trump called a 'sick person' in the Oval Office hits back with a perfect bill of health

Andrew Feinberg, The Independent's White House correspondent, says an annual physical this month found him 'in perfect health'. His offence was asking why anyone would use Trump's new $25 million fraud tip-off fund when the False Claims Act already pays bigger rewards. The White House rapid response account then branded him a 'Mongoloid moron'. Vice President JD Vance called him an 'imbecile'.

Feinberg told Vance: 'If you're going to insult me at least have the guts to tag my account.'

Trump said 'I don't know who the hell you are', despite winking at Feinberg earlier.

Feinberg's verdict on the president's tirade: 'Sticks and stones, I'm just doing my job.'
