US sex offender, 29, is accused of posing as a teen girl to enrol in a Minnesota high school AGAIN

Makayla Craig, who police say posed as a homeless 17-year-old named Molly to enrol at a Minnesota high school, told officers she had never attended school and wanted to get the full experience.
Makayla Craig, who police say posed as a homeless 17-year-old named Molly to enrol at a Minnesota high school, told officers she had never attended school and wanted to get the full experience.

Makayla Craig told police he had changed his name because he feared people would confuse him with 'Makayla Craig', a registered sex offender from Oregon. That offender was Craig himself. Posing as Molly, a homeless 17-year-old, Craig said he wanted to 'get the full experience' at Maple Grove Senior High School. He faces a felony forgery charge and is due in court on Friday.

In Oregon last year, Craig was sentenced to 40 days in jail after impersonating a 15-year-old named Madison.

He was convicted of sexual abuse of a minor in 2023.

School staff grew suspicious and alerted police, and he never set foot on campus.
