New York judge jails Alexander brothers for 30 years each as they STILL deny drugging and raping dozens of women
Oren, Alon and Tal Alexander, who wept in court while still maintaining their innocence, were each sentenced to 30 years after the judge rejected their plea for the 15-year minimum.
Tal Alexander, 40, and twins Oren and Alon Alexander, 39, were each handed 30-year federal prison sentences on Tuesday by Judge Valerie Caproni, who told the New York luxury real estate brokers their conduct was 'monstrous' and rejected their pleas for the minimum 15-year term. Twelve victims confronted the brothers in court, with several asking for life imprisonment, and one, Maya Miller, telling the judge she carries 'a quiet funeral within me for the person I might've become'.
Caproni compared the brothers to Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, revealing that Tal and Alon had been assaulted behind bars and Oren disciplined for possessing a contraband phone.
Among the convictions, Alon and Tal faced sex trafficking charges involving a minor, while Oren was found guilty of sexual exploitation of a minor — one victim, going by the name Isa Brooks, was raped by Tal and Alon when she was just 16.
The brothers' model wives and parents were no-shows at sentencing, with lawyers saying the family had been urged to stay away to spare them the anguish.
