Vinnie Jones has flatly dismissed speculation that Meghan Markle would appear in Guy Ritchie's Netflix drama 'The Gentlemen', calling the idea "dead and buried." The rumours had circulated widely after Meghan's return to the UK, fuelled by a reportedly pulled offer following public backlash. Jones, who plays Geoff Seacombe in the series, said he had not seen her on the cast list and left no ambiguity about where things stand.

Hugh Bonneville called the casting theory clever marketing from someone with too much imagination, joking Keir Starmer might suit the role better.
