Zelensky lands in Oslo for crunch talks with Trump's envoy after the president says 'somebody else' should negotiate for Ukraine
Volodymyr Zelensky's top military adviser Serhii Beskrestnov says Ukrainians are dying because US warnings of Russian missile launches have dried up. Kyiv also accuses Washington of throttling Starlink links and stalling air defences. Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the accusations 'scandalous', insisting US policy 'remains the same'. Donald Trump said on Monday: 'Russia, frankly, has been fine on Ukraine.'
Steve Witkoff meets Zelensky in person, with Jared Kushner joining by video link.
Zelensky's trust rating has surged 14 points to 57 per cent since the Trump row.
The Kremlin wants Witkoff to brief Vladimir Putin, reportedly in St Petersburg on Wednesday.
