Zelensky says Starlink slowdown is a 'planned operation' after tests show drones cut out in Ukraine but NOT the EU
Volodymyr Zelensky says Starlink terminals on Ukrainian drones ran at up to 180kph in the EU but cut out completely above 160kph inside Ukraine. He says the restriction means the drone is lost and Kyiv cannot shoot down jet-powered Shaheds. President Donald Trump insists 'it wasn't me', after lifting sanctions on Russia on Friday. Zelensky says 'nobody there is answering' Ukraine's military.
Elon Musk said the Pentagon and 'ultimately' the president controlled the Starshield limits.
Musk reportedly pitched the slowdown to Trump, who 'agreed': 'they were both in it'.
Four Republican senators joined Democrats in demanding answers from the Pentagon.
