Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has publicly accused the United States of being unwilling to help his country as Russia unleashes a devastating wave of attacks. A Russian glide bomb struck civilian buses in the eastern city of Kramatorsk, killing at least 30 people, with a separate missile strike on Pryluky killing 22 more — five of them children as young as one. UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband, who visited the Pryluky rubble alongside Zelenskyy, branded Putin's strategy 'evil' and announced fresh UK sanctions on Russia's oil companies, shadow fleet and crypto financing.
Donetsk regional head Vadym Filashkin said Russia deliberately targeted buses packed with civilians to maximise casualties.
Zelenskyy warned the Kramatorsk bus strike 'will not go without our response', demanding the world react 'harshly'.
